Camera Work
I've been involved on a lot of camera work! With crime on the rise in the Bay Area the phone has been ringing off the hook for cameras.
I'll give you the low down on all the hub hub...
Here is a little resi application of some structured cabling/ home network.
Patch Panels

Rack and Stack
I've also had experience on commercial structured wiring work
Head End
This is a shot of a head end I was recently wrapping up. All the cables are wrapped in cellophane to ensure a clean install on the trim.....
Protecting the things you can't replace......
A big part of my business model is based on security systems and the RMR (Recurring Monthly Revenue) that springs from that.
Future Proofing
We like to run a lot of low voltage conduit through new construction house to allow for retro-fitting of cabling down the road
Pre-wiring

A shot of some of the guts behind what makes mounting a TV in a room successful.

Our Method....
This is the process I have developed for my company over the years and the Gospel we live by. This is one of the first documents I send to a potential client when courting them. It encapsulates our process into one page but also instills with in the client a sense that this is not our first rodeo, we know what we're doing, we know where we're going, and if they will just trust us and hire us we'll make them happy.
Company Logo
I started Seraphim Services, Inc. in 2009 from scratch. I developed the name, the logo, the artwork, a company color scheme, our slogan "Reliable. Stable. Able to Cable." and formed an overall corporate identity for my company through a website, business cards, t-shirts, vehicle decals etc. Lots of work!
Systems
Here is another example of the repeatable systems that I am really good at inventing and developing in order to structurally organize a company so that operations are simplified and teachable thereby making revenue easy to capture
Design
This is an excerpt from one of my proposals. It demonstrates the level of detail we go into with design for clients and what we can execute for deliverable documents upon finish.
Attention to Detail
This is an example of a set of drawings I drew up for a project in order to ensure that all the details got captured but also ensure that what needed to get done would be clearly communicated to our installers
More detailed and elegant proposals!
Wire Log
The more details the better
Beers for Bids!
This is yet another example of me thinking out of the box in order to drive more sales. This was a campaign I came up with before Dropbox was a thing.
San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge
Can't tell you how many times I have seen this sight from behind the hood of my truck.......I try to avoid doing too much work in the City because it is a bit of a haul, cuts into family time and much more difficult in every aspect but when the price is right I do the work!
Coit Tower
This is the Coit Tower in San Francisco. This tower has a lot of significance to me. My great aunt installed a whole wall of fresco on the second floor of this tower circa 1936. She was married to Maynard Dixon who is also a very famous artist. This photo was taken from the 4th floor of one of our clients in the City.
Grandpa Reuben
This is the gravestone of my great grandfather Reuben Jasper Phillips. He is buried at the Presidio military cemetery in San Francisco overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. He won the Congressional Medal of Honor in the Boxer Rebellion. We’re pretty proud of him!

The Phillipses have a lot of history in San Francisco

Music Room
This is one of my favorite photos because of the warmth that comes across in the photo and how it seems to capture so much of what motivates and excites me: family, creativity, and music. This was taken in our "Music/ Creative" room in our house. My son is laying on our dog in front of the piano I grew up learning to play piano on next to a guitar I like to play a lot. Behind the guitar is my wife's sewing machine. On the wall behind the piano is posted lots of different arts and crafts from each of our family members. Just off screen to the right is the recording station where I spend a lot of time recording music.
Lulu
I’m a dog person. Love connecting with them. This one in particular stole my heart. She’s a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
Like a dream
This is another shot of the reservoir where I like to hike a lot. For me it’s like mediating. I like to spend time here with my thoughts. Keeps me sane!
